Dr. Luis Vizcarra-Falla is a Peruvian physician who attended medical school at the University of La Plata in Argentina. He had his first residency training in anatomic pathology at Durand hospital in Buenos Aires. He performed his second residency training in Internal Medicine at Saint John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York.
